-How to DownloadStep 1. Right-click on the document you need to download
Step 2. Select "Save Target As..." from the list of options
Step 3. Select the location on your computer where you want the file to be saved.
Step 4. Click "Save."
At the very minimum, you will need ACROBAT READER to open the downloads. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, you can download a free version available here.
