Amidah Albany joined the 'Run for their lives' group on Sunday, June 8, for a peaceful walk starting at Cong. Beth Emeth, Academy Road, to demand the release of the Israeli hostages held by Hamas since Oct. 7, 2023.
After a short address by Amanda Aussems-Poskanzer of Run 4 Their Lives at 2 pm, the group of several hundred, some carrying signs and Israeli and American flags, walked on sidewalks to New Scotland Avenue, to approximately Forest Avenue, and back on Helderberg Avenue.
