SCHENECTADY— Congregation Gates of Heaven invites the community to a Senior Moments program on Wednesday, May 27, at 12 .m. The afternoon at the temple, 852 Ashmore Ave, will begin with a warm, lunch, followed by a live concert featuring the Musicians of Ma’alwyck.
Known throughout the region for its innovative, history-inspired performances, the ensemble will present “Under Four Flags,” a musical program reflecting on the era of World War I. Led by Artistic Director Ann-Marie Barker Schwartz, the ensemble’s performances are noted for blending powerful storytelling with musicianship, offering audiences both a cultural and emotional experience.
Senior Moments is a signature program at Congregation Gates of Heaven, designed to bring 55+ adults together for connection and engaging programs
The cost to attend is $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
