SARATOGA SPRINGS–Congregation Shaara Tfille and The Jewish Community Center of Saratoga Springs will screen the film, “Midas Man” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, at Shaara Tfille, 84 Weibel Ave., as part of the 2025 Saratoga Jewish Cultural Festival.
The 2024 biopic film is set against the backdrop of the swinging sixties London and is a telling of Brain Epstein’s life, the man whose efforts, it is generally believed, propelled the Beatles’ rise to stardom. The presentation, during LGBTQ+ National Pride Month, relates how he navigated societal pressures and shows his personal struggles as a closeted, gay man.

There will be a $5 admission charge. Advance reservations are requested by Friday, June 13. Reservations may be obtained by phoning Congregation Shaara Tfille at 518-584-2370 or by e-mail, saratogajcc@albany.twcbc.com 13.
