SJCC plans family Purim carnival
The SJCC’s March 16 Purim carnival brings face painting, bouncy houses, prizes and food, plus raffles for costumes and canned-food donations.

SCHENECTADY– The Schenectady Jewish Community Center (SJCC) located at 2565 Balltown Rd., will note Purim with a carnival on Sunday, March 16, at 2 p.m. The carnival, which will continue through 4 p.m., will feature carnival games, face painting, bouncy bounces, prizes, food, and a raffle.
Attendees will have an opportunity to earn free raffle tickets by wearing a costume, bringing redeemable cans/bottles, or donating a canned/boxed food item.
Tickets purchased prior to March 14 are $15 for Center members and $18 for guests or $25 at the door.
