Sometimes the path to stability starts with a single request for help.

That is how it began for Michael. A simple ask connected him with a JFS care manager, who guided him through public transportation, medical appointments and benefit enrollment, offering support through every hurdle.

Now stable, Michael can focus on what matters most to him: spending time with his grandchildren.
