NASSAU – The Judaic folk-rock group, The Shir Chadash Trio will perform Chanukah classics and original music at the Nassau Synagogue, 12 Albany Ave., Nassau. on Sunday, Dec. 21, during the the congregation’s Chanukah celebration, from 4-7 p.m.

The concert, open to the community, will begin at 4:45 p.m. and is geared to a multigenerational audience. The program will begin with a children’s activity at 4, and will include the lighting the eighth candle at 4:30 (those planning to attend are asked bring a menorah to light), the concert, and then a party with dreidels, latkes and sufganiyot

Admission donation is $10/adult. Children may participate atno cost.. information and preregistration may be obtained at nassausynagogue.org/lights.
